Q IDS 402 Milestone Two Guidelines and Rubric Overview: For this milestone, due in Module Three, you will submit a draft of the Issue section of your presentation. This milestone will be submitted as a Word document. Note that this document, with revisions, can serve as your speaker notes for the final project submission. Milestone Two provides you with an opportunity to obtain valuable feedback from your instructor that you can incorporate into your final project submission. Prompt: First, review the work you have completed so far and the Example Issues and Topics for Final Project document. Based on your analysis from Milestone One and this module’s content, select an issue and a topic that relate to wellness. Keep in mind that, in Milestone Three, you will create recommendations to address this issue. Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed: II. Rubric Guidelines for Submission: Your Milestone Two must be submitted as a 2- to 3-page Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. Support your responses with at least two sources from the assigned course resources, including your textbook and/or other scholarly sources located independently via the Shapiro Library. Cite your supporting sources in APA or MLA format. Note that the grading rubric for this milestone submission is not identical to that of the final project. The Final Project Rubric will include an additional “Exemplary” category that provides guidance as to how you can go above and beyond “Proficient” in your final submission.
